From relationship trauma, abuse, anxiety, addictions, loss of self or neglect to Full-Hearted Living.
Chava Abramovitz, LCSW
We each have so much light within us.
It is your core of love, creativity and connection. Sometimes it can be blocked. Together, let’s access your inner light!
Do any of these feelings sound familiar?
- You struggle to set boundaries
- You feel responsible when others are unhappy
- You feel empty
- You fear eventual rejection, once people get to know the “real” you
- You feel driven to always be “doing”
These are tough feelings.
They put you in a state of fear, agony, or rob the joy and spark from your life. They don’t allow you to feel your light. They can show up as PTSD, anxiety, self-criticism, depression, fear, self-destructive habits, shame, OCD, illness, or anger.
Worst of all,
they mislead you.
They tell you:
You’re not good enough.
You’re not deserving of happy things.
You’re inherently damaged
This good won’t last, it never does
These are deeply ingrained beliefs but they are not facts!
Yet they are now keeping you stuck.
You don’t need to be stuck here forever. There is a way out.
I’m Chava Abramovitz, Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I help women and couples discover a safe, accepting place within themselves.
Through decades of edifying life experiences that have brought about much growth and many positive changes in my own life, I bring the desire and skills to pass on the gifts of serenity, inner acceptance, and a connection to self.
Because every single person on this earth deserves to find and live their light.
Therapy does not have to involve only talking about your experiences
I use a variety of mind, body and movement therapies to help process your experiences so that they no longer control you. On our journey together, you’ll develop a toolkit of skills that will enable you to get through each day calmly, improve communication in relationships, and to gracefully experience “life on life’s terms”.
What do we do when we work together?
You’ll start to believe that you ARE:
You don’t need to travel this road alone any longer.
It’s my honor and pleasure to welcome you on this journey and together access your beautiful inner light.
